The company was first established in 1998. Following years have witnessed a rapid growth in the mobile phone and its accessories sector. It was one of those companies that took advantage of this growing market. In 2001 the company invested in brand-names and introduced UNICOM and MDO as registered trademarks. A partnership with some German counterparts in business resulted in getting sole distributorship of Olympia Batteries in Belgium.
